Frequently Asked Questions

Does it cost me anything to work with you?+

No. Our service is completely free to you. We are licensed brokers compensated by the insurance carriers, so there is never a fee or obligation on your end.

Will I lose my current doctor if I switch plans?+

Not necessarily. Before recommending any plan we verify that your doctors and preferred hospitals are in-network. Keeping your providers is one of the first things we check.

When can I enroll in Medicare or change my plan?+

Most people enroll when they turn 65 or retire. After that, the Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 – December 7 each year. There are also Special Enrollment Periods for qualifying life events. We will tell you exactly when you are eligible.

What is the difference between Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage?+

Medicare Supplement (Medigap) works alongside Original Medicare and lets you see any Medicare-accepting provider nationwide. Medicare Advantage bundles everything into one plan and uses a network — plans vary by county. We help you decide which fits your situation.

How quickly can I get help?+

We aim to respond the same business day. Fill out the form below or call us directly at (503) 482-9959 and we will get right back to you.
